Dr. Abraham (Abe) Morrall, DBA, currently serves as Chairperson, Scott Mentorship Golf Tournament Group, nonprofit organization fund raising and acquiring donations for seven nonprofits for over nine years. He is also the Chief Executive Officer for Advance Training and Learning Group. Previously served as Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) federal program manager and Chief Office of Strategic Human Capital Management and Workplace Innovations. Also managed federal facilities programs (building maintenance, environmental management, fleet, security, and property, etc.). Abe is a retired federal employee and retired Air Force (AF) Colonel with 26 years of honorable service. Dr. Morrall has published several articles on topics such as developing leaders and high potential managers, rightsizing, downsizing, and promotions.
